A note from the Artist: "First, the character of the little girl in her dress has been with me in my journal for twenty years.  Then, "ma petite grande sœur" (my little big sister) is the affectionate name my older brother gives me.  I am the youngest of three.  I have an older sister and an older brother. My brother, who is in the middle, has a big little sister and a little big sister because I am physically taller than my older sister. There! Now you know everything!"
