Delivery Time
Most items are in stock. Delivery normally takes 3-5 days. We use Canada Post services. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is shipped, as well as a tracking number (if available). If there is a longer delivery delay, we will contact you to inform you.
Returns
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us as soon as possible at info@galerieloly.com. A 7-day period following the purchase date is accepted. After this period, we will assume you are happy with your purchase.
Exchanges & Refunds
We accept all exchanges or refunds, provided the item is in perfect resale condition. You must contact us to inform us of your intention to return within 7 days of receiving your order so that we can approve the reason for the return with an authorization number, which must be written on the return box. You will be responsible for shipping costs unless there was an error on our part.
