TOWARDS BEAUTY: SELECTED ABSTRACTIONS

This new exhibition, which will be presented from February 4 to March 2, introduces us to the poetic and sensitive urban world of photographer Louise Ouimet.

Particularly drawn to abstraction, this self-taught artist first expressed herself through painting. In recent years, she has turned to photography, and through her art, she tries to get as close as possible to a pictorial work. Abstraction seduces her because it leaves room for the imagination, far from the constraints of reality, and offers the freedom to create invented landscapes, which everyone perceives in their own way. It is the art of intimacy.
