Pierre David - Painter
Pierre David studied graphic design in Montreal at Cégep Ahuntsic, in Lausanne, Switzerland at the École cantonale des Beaux Arts et d'arts appliqués, and plastic arts at the Université du Québec à Montréal. Alongside his design career, painting held an important place in his creative process. His work in graphic design and painting developed in parallel, each complementing the other in graphic exploration. His painting aims to transform reality, to deconstruct the subject to give predominance to form, color, and expression.
