Drawn to art and design, the artist moved to Bas-Saint-Laurent for her studies. For 20 years now, she has continued to live there. It is in Rivière-du-Loup, near the river, that she works, lives, and finds inspiration. She paints the \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\"\u003eSt. Lawrence River: its light, its colors, and its vast expanses. Strongly inspired by the beauty of the Bas-Saint-Laurent maritime landscape that unfolds daily before her eyes, the artist creates works that highlight the estuarine zone of the St. Lawrence River in contemporary art. Like abstract horizons turned towards the future, her creations are for her a way to establish a point of contact with the richness and beauty of the estuary. The works are imbued with a spirit of balance and contemplation. Many of her works will also be selected and acquired by the \u003cspan\u003e\u003c\/span\u003eMusée du Bas-Saint-Laurent\u003cspan\u003e\u003c\/span\u003e over the years for the museum's annual auction.
